If you’ve not been watching the TV, you might have not known that the X-Factor (USA) has just wrapped up for the year, and the winner crowned is a very unique duo –Alex and Sierra. To tell you the truth, I have  been their number one fan since their first audition. So, I have dug around Youtube.com to put together their 5 best moments during the competition.

#1. “Toxic”

The very first time we get to see this couple was during the audition. Humble, down- to- earth, and very witty. They swept the audience feet in less than a minute. Their rendition of toxic was definitely fresh and captivating.

#2. Trouble

Who would have thought Taylor Swift’s “Trouble” could be made into something jazzy that is fully amped with attitude.

#3. “Say My Name”

I’m a huge fan of Destiny’s Child. In fact, after they have disbanded, I can’t think of any other girl group who can bring such sass and attitude coupled with good materials for songs in the music industry. And no other groups have ever done justice to their songs in any talent competitions. This was before I saw Alex and Sierra dished out their very own version of Say My Name.

#4. Little Talks

The original song was fast and puts in the wittiness between the lines. The music video accompanying the original song was great. BUT when Alex and Sierra made the song their own, by taking it one notch slower, emotions and meanings were embedded into the song. And I was totally blown away!

#5. “Say Something”

The first time I heard this song, it was sung by Christina Aguilera and A Great Big World. And i was going like “WOW”. But when Alex and Sierra sang it, we went beyond “WOW”; we were speechless!

And now that they’ve won the recording contract with Sony; I shall await their debut album with feverish anticipation. What about you guys?
